God says that He works for your good in ALL things. That means your personality, your skill set, your talent, your DRIVE and your AMBITION – all of that is a direct result of God’s plan for your good. All of it is so you can fulfill the call He’s put on your life.
From the world’s perspective, you should keep doing something as long as it makes you happy, right? So you keep going after your goals as long as you’re happy doing it, but as soon as it gets tough or too many obstacles get in the way, it’s time to give up and move on to something else.

Your piece of the puzzle, your chunk of the pie, is what God has called you to do. And how do you find out what your spiritual gifts are? Look inside you. It’s already there. It’s what you’re passionate about, what you’re interested in. It's probably something you're afraid to do. Because it’s going to be impossible for you to accomplish it without God.
It’s human nature to rest our hopes on outside influences like family, friends and work. But by putting our hope in Christ – instead of outside influences – we’ll be granted the strength to soar like eagles and do the impossible.
