Today’s Daily Devotional for Women

Have you ever met someone who constantly talks about their dreams, but never actually does anything to pursue it?

Are you that person?

Talking about your dreams is great. Spending time thinking about your goals, envisioning your success, imagining your life in your legend – this is all vitally important to becoming what God created you to be.

But along with that belief, you must also put in the hard work to reach your passion. When Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross didn’t come easy.  He had to get bloodied and beaten, he was forced to carry his cross, he was forced to toil and suffer so much pain.

But he fought through it until He did exactly what He was put on this earth to do – become a living sacrifice so we can have a relationship with God.

It’s the same with you. God has created you for success, but it’s up to you whether or not you’ll pick up your cross and fight for the victory God has in store for you.

It’s up to you to grind through the pain, to walk through the fire, to push and grind and work harder than you ever have so you can unleash your legend in Christ.

Work hard for what God made you to do. And watch your life shine as a result.

Prayer:

Dear Jesus,

Thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross. Thank You for fighting to give me salvation with You. I pray for the strength to do the same.
